Our client is seeking a courageous, hard-working and positive-attitude driven Digital Content Developer to play a lead role in the design and creation of digital content that reflects their corporate mission. In the role you will:




  • Lead Corporate Communications’ design and internal digital strategy
  • Develop and maintain brand and design standards
  • Advise business partners on the best approaches to design and profile their high-priority, highly visible projects through creative content on internal digital platforms (Intranet, email, Workplace for Facebook and more)
  • Study emerging digital and design technologies and recommend the best way to integrate them into our business year-over-year to reflect their mission and attracting and retaining top talent (infographics, graphics, icons, PowerPoint and Prezi presentations, video vignettes, static web pages and digital applications, email templates)
  • Create and maintain web pages using web page development tools
  • Lead vendor relationships for the Company’s Intranet and internal digital platforms


  • Expert knowledge in content creation and brand communications
  • Proven experience in graphic arts, web design and social media content creation
  • Demonstrated success in developing, rolling out and maintaining brand standards
  • High proficiency in content and web design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Fireworks, and Dreamweaver
  • Experience in video editing and/or production including editing videos taken from mobile devices
  • Solid understanding of the web environment
  • Experience working with content management systems
  • Ability to read and modify the code – HTML, Javascript, JQuery and CSS
  • Strong relationship management skills
